Healthcare Provider Training on LGBTQIA+ Health - An Introductory Module provides gender diversity definitions, identifies disparities associated with LGBTQIA+ communities, examines social determinants and the relationship to LGBTQIA+ status, and discusses how discrimination and stigma associated with LGBTQIA+ impacts disclosure. Participants will be able to begin to create an inclusive environment, using respectful communication in their professional practice with LGBTQIA+ clients.
